After the warehouse staff operate the hydraulic forklift to transport the goods to the designated location, the operator uses the pressure pump to raise the forks, facilitating the workers' unloading. As a key accessory for carrying the vehicle body and moving the goods, the casters not only make it easier to pull heavy objects but also significantly shorten the operation time and improve work efficiency.

The daily maintenance of hydraulic truck casters mainly includes the following aspects:
Regularly check the fasteners of the caster bracket: if any looseness is found, they should be tightened promptly; if the bracket is worn or distorted, it should be replaced immediately to avoid additional burden on other components.
Maintain good lubrication: The smooth operation of the wheel relies on regular lubrication. Apply lubricating oil to friction areas such as axles, seals, and ball bearings to ensure flexible wheel rotation, reduce wear, and make it easier to pull. It is generally recommended to lubricate every six months; if the handcart has been thoroughly cleaned, lubrication should be carried out immediately after cleaning.
Check wheel wear and cleanliness: Regularly clean any debris or ropes entangled on the wheels to avoid blockages that may hinder rotation or accelerate wear, and periodically inspect the wear condition of the wheels themselves.
Pay attention to the movement and steering of the universal casters: if the steering is too loose, replace the casters with new ones in time to prevent accidents when handling heavy objects. If the steering wheel does not rotate flexibly, check whether it is caused by dirt entering the ball bearings and clean it accordingly.
