Application of electric bulldozer forklift in factory relocation
The Xiongguan Road is as solid as iron, and now we are stepping forward from scratch. Dongfeng Motor Manufacturing Plant, located in Shiyan with a 51 year history, held a groundbreaking ceremony in its new factory. This is in response to the practical needs of optimizing resource allocation, improving urban functions, and enhancing urban quality in the city. At the same time, it is also an important measure for Dongfeng Manufacturing Plant to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of its old factory and enhance its core competitiveness in the industry.
For the original equipment, the factory has made a decision to relocate safely, using various equipment such as large cranes and electric bulldozer forklifts to move the equipment out of the factory and onto a large truck outside the factory gate.
The original production lines in the old factory involved four major processes: component processing, welding, painting, and assembly. Nowadays, in order to keep up with the development of the times and improve the pace of factory construction, the new factory has purchased 17 mixed flow production lines and added 6 high-efficiency roller punching production lines, further achieving the production goals of green manufacturing, high efficiency, high quality, and lean production.
This also marks a new journey for this car manufacturing plant with many years of history.
