How to drive a manual hydraulic transport vehicle on uneven ground

Manual hydraulic handling vehicle is a practical handling equipment. Although electric handling vehicles are more labor-saving, the advantage of manual handling vehicles lies in their price, so the number of people using manual hydraulic handling vehicles is also larger than those using electric ones. How to handle uneven ground when we use it? Let's take a look together below.

1、 The hazards of moving vehicles on uneven ground:

If the road surface of a manual hydraulic forklift is uneven during operation, it will directly lead to the formation of three-point support between the driven wheel and the two front wheels during the movement of the handling vehicle, especially for the four point structure of hydraulic lifting ground oxen.

In this situation, the contact area between the driving wheels and the ground decreases, the pressure decreases, and even becomes empty, resulting in the driving wheels slipping and hindering the operation. If the road surface is severely uneven, it may cause the four-wheel support points of the bulldozer to lose balance, and the whole vehicle to tilt and fall, with serious consequences.

2、 How to solve the hazards caused by poor ground conditions?

1. Due to production technology limitations, some hydraulic manual truck manufacturers may have manufacturing or assembly errors. If the error value of the manual hydraulic loading and unloading truck does not exceed the standard range, it is not a big problem. If the normal range value is found seriously, it will definitely affect the use effect of the hydraulic manual handling truck. At this point, a new transport vehicle can be replaced.

2. Add shims.

If a handling vehicle or manual forklift is used on flat ground, the impact of errors is not significant. The inconvenience caused by errors can be reduced by adding shims.

If the hydraulic forklift is used on uneven surfaces, the impact of possible errors is more intuitive, and it is very noticeable that the whole machine is shaking. Once the body of a small manual hydraulic transport vehicle is severely damaged, it can also become a problem when used on flat roads, and simply adding shims cannot solve the problem.

In this case, the added gasket is severely worn, and even falls off during shaking, directly wearing down the manual hydraulic lift truck body, or being balanced by the lifted object, causing the object to fall.

To avoid the harm caused by uneven ground, it is recommended that customers choose a flat surface as an alternative.
